1-NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For pieces that are made-to-order, please allow an additional 2-3 days for production if there are no other pending orders. However, during periods of high demand, production time could extend to 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience and assure you that our handmade jewelry is worth the wait. You will be notified with tracking information when your order has been sent.
For all national orders, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 5us. This rate applies regardless of the size or weight of your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
For international orders, please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as it varies around the world.
Please note that international orders may take several weeks to arrive depending on your country's customs department. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
2-RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
